From Mad Rabbit to Touchland to Scrub Daddy, here are some of the fastest-growing private companies in the US.

Inc. Magazine has once again compiled its list of the 5,000 fastest-growing private companies in America.

With 3,169 repeat honorees in its 43rd edition, the companies were ranked according to percentage revenue growth over the last three years. Per Inc., these companies generated over 875,000 jobs, $317 billion in revenue – all while thriving despite the pandemic, inflation and supply chain woes.

Here are the fastest-growing beauty and personal care companies as they appear on the list in order from the highest ranked:

256: New York-based luxury fragrance maker Dossier, grew 1,604%;

274: Chino Hills, CA-based mens’s range that includes wipes, lube and other sexual wellness personal care;

Dossier was founded to democratize the fragrance industry, making premium French perfumes accessible to all.

342: Utah-based organic beauty products maker Just Ingredients, grew 1,268%;

346: Serionix, Champaign, IL-based maker of high-air care products including air filters

347: San Diego, CA-based skincare brand Cymbiotika, which brings bioavailable absorption technology to the wellness space, grew 1,256%;

357: Venice, CA-based Branch Basics, a non-toxic cleaning products maker for the home, grew 1,224%;

358: Venice, CA-based Laughland Sciences, which makes personalized teeth-whitening formulas, grew 1,218%;

Cymbiotika’s Vitamin C Liposomal Delivery is formulated with 1,000 mg of fermented Vitamin C with bamboo silica.

409: New York-based facial membership brand Glowbar grew 1,087%;

414: New York-based medspa Upkeep grew 1,078%;

419: Austin, TX-based BK Beauty, a cosmetics brand that teaches makeup application, grew 1,062%;

428: Belleair Bluffs, FL-based clean beauty brand In Your Face Skincare grew 1,048%;

Glowbar in Hoboken, NJ.

695: Lithia, FL-based Triquetra, which makes nature-based supplements, grew 682%;

729: Pennsauken, NJ-based Scrub Daddy, which makes high-performance cleaning products, grew 660%;

821: Buffalo, NY-based Azuna, an odor eliminating solutions brand for cleaner indoor air, grew 605%;


927: Pleasant Grove, UT based Pura Scents, a tech company that pairs fragrance with tech to afford users an opportunity to customize the way they use scent, grew 546%;

954: Los Angeles, CA-based tattoo skin care brand Mad Rabbit grew 534%;

990: Goodwipes, the Atlanta, GA-based wipes brand;

1,000: Albuquerque, NM-based Azuca, which makes hemp products, grew 511%;

1,034: Glendale, CA-based By/Rosie Jane grew 492%;

1,500: Mill Valley, CA-based Mila, maker of air purifiers, grew 344%;

1,907: Charleston, SC-based RMS Beauty, maker of sustainable makeup and skincare, grew 274%;

“Shark Tank” winner Mad Rabbit, which makes vegan tattoo care products, closed on a Series A investment of $10 million in 2023.

1,910: Corona Del Mar, CA-based Facial Lounge Group, provider of personalized skincare products, grew 273%;

1,977: Miami, FL-based Touchland, maker of sensorial skincare products, grew 264%;

2,300: Miami Beach, FL-based Klar & Co., supplier of non-major brand skincare to department stores, grew 227%;

Touchland rolled out Gentle Mist hypoallergenic hand sanitizer that soothes stressed skin and strengthens the skin’s moisture in January.

2,397: Johnson City, TN-based Crown Laboratories, a skin care company developing a diverse portfolio of scientific solutions for healthy skin, grew 217%;

3,180: Austin, TX-based Milk + Honey, a day spa providing treatments and medical aesthetics for home spas, grew 155%;

3,213: Miami, FL-based Amerikas, distributor of beauty brands empowering them to thrive in the US market through predictable, sustainable growth, grew 153%;

3,308: Concord, CA-based Innersence Organic Beauty, a consumer beauty product company using organic chemistry to make clean formulas that offer professional performance, grew 143%;

3,437: Austin, TX-based clean beauty salon Austin Mirror Mirror grew 141%;

“Clean” beauty brand Innersense Organic Beauty expanded into professional hair color with the launch of Color Purity this past spring.

3,516: Los Angeles, CA-based Maison Louis Marie, maker of candles, perfumes and body care products that exude floral fragrances, grew 137%;

3,581: Madison, TN-based pH-D Feminine Health, provider of holistic feminine solutions offering a flagship boric acid vaginal suppository available at over 46,000 retailers, grew 133%;

3,586: Los Angeles, CA-based Mara Beauty, maker of algae-infused skincare and wellness products, grew 132%;

3,559: Vitality Institute Medical Products, Los Angeles, a clinical skin care brand;

3,581: Madison, TN-based vaginal wellness and personal care brand pH-D Feminine Health;

3,586: Mara Beauty, a Los Angeles-based algae-based skincare and lifestyle brand;

3,688: Los Angeles, CA-based Kitsch, a global beauty brand promoting healthy hair care, grew 127%;

3,875: Raleigh, NC-based Murphy’s Naturals, an outdoor lifestyle company specializing in natural mosquito repellents, grew 119%;

Kitsch’s shampoo and conditioner bars are made with rice water protein.

3,990: Clearwater, FL-based Private Label Skincare Florida, a consumer beauty brand offering premium skin and hair care products, grew 114%;

4,087: Buena Park, CA-based Rael, a skincare brand offering high-performance personal care products with cutting edge South Korean manufacturing technology, grew 110%;

4,185: Franklin, TN-based men’s grooming products brand Fable Beard, grew 105%; and

4,645: Meridian, ID-based Red Aspen, a beauty products company that uses brand ambassadors to drive sales within the social selling beauty space, grew 86%.

4,829: MORE Surface Care, Bencia, CA-based surface care company.
